2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By using Trusted Nanny, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Platform Services

Trusted Nanny provides a platform that connects families with childcare professionals. We are not an employment agency and do not employ nannies directly. The relationship is between families and nannies.

5. Background Checks and Verification

While we conduct background checks on all nannies, families are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by users.

6. Payments and Fees

All fees are clearly displayed before booking. Payment processing is handled securely through our platform. Refund policies are outlined in our separate Cancellation Policy.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trusted Nanny is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform or services provided by nannies. Users engage nannies at their own risk.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
