Creating an account is free for both families and nannies. Families pay only when they book services, and nannies pay a small platform fee on completed jobs.
For Families
How are nannies verified?
All nannies undergo comprehensive background checks, including criminal record checks, reference verification, and certification validation.
How do I book a nanny?
Browse nanny profiles, filter by your requirements, and send a booking request. Once accepted, payment is processed securely through our platform.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. See our Terms and Conditions for full details.
How do payments work?
Payment is held securely and released to the nanny after service completion. We accept major credit cards and support various payment methods.
For Nannies
How do I become a Trusted Nanny?
Create a nanny account, complete your profile, and submit required documents for background verification. Once approved, you can start accepting bookings.
What documents do I need?
You'll need government-issued ID, certifications (CPR, First Aid, etc.), references, and consent for background checks.
How long does verification take?
Background checks typically take 3-5 business days. We'll notify you via email once your profile is approved.
How do I set my rates?
You set your own hourly rate based on your experience and qualifications. Our platform provides suggested rates based on market data.
